Q: How Does it Work?
A: Our walking tours are provided in standard MP3 format. When you purchase a tour, you will be transferred to PayPal to complete your purchase. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be instructed to return to Japan Walk-Caster's website where download your tour. PDF files require Adobe Acrobat, the free reader is available from www.adobe.com, or click on the acrobat icon from our site.

Q: Are the Tours Available in Any Other Languages?
A: We offer a growing number of Japanese language tours and are planning other language versions in future.

Q: I don't have iPod, iPhone, or MP3 player, so how can I enjoy your tours?
A: We offer all of our tours on handy pre-loaded MP3 players that you can purchase. For ordering and payment information, please access a right side icon of "Pre-loaded Player Service".
